Membership & Framing Points

YunPeiHua uses a “framing points + storage” resource model: framing operations consume points, uploaded assets occupy cloud storage. Members are unlimited on both.

New accounts get 10 framing points (configurable);
Plus 100 MB of free cloud storage;
A default project and a starter asset kit (2 sample pictures, 5 frames, 5 mats, 2 fillets) are granted automatically.

Framing points

Charging rule: only a framing render with an outer frame costs 1 point; picture-only previews are free;
Repeated previews of the same design within 5 minutes hit the cache and are not charged again;
The desktop app renders locally and consumes no points;
When points run out, rendering is blocked with a prompt — buy more points on the “Resources” page or activate a membership;
Daily check-in grants 2 more points (configurable), with a streak counter.

Storage

Uploaded pictures/frames/mats and saved artworks occupy cloud storage (metered per byte);
Temporary framing renders are not counted — only saved artworks are;
When storage is full, new uploads are blocked — free up space, buy extra capacity, or go unlimited with membership.

Member benefits

With an active plan (1 year / 3 years / lifetime):

Unlimited framing — no points consumed;
Unlimited storage — save as much as you like;
Usage is still tracked for your reference;
Existing perks remain: sign-up credits, invoices, dedicated support.

Membership status and expiry are shown in “My membership”; renewals stack onto the current expiry.

Resources page

Open “Resources” from the user menu (non-members can also tap the points badge next to the member badge) to:

Check remaining points and per-type storage breakdown;
Buy framing points / storage (WeChat / Alipay, credited instantly);
Daily check-in for free points;
Review points and storage orders.

Credits (member perks)

Credits are separate from framing points:

Earned via plan purchases and referral rewards;
Redeem membership days: 100 credits = 1 day by default (lifetime members excluded);
Gift credits to others by phone number.

FAQ

Are points the same as credits? No. Points are for framing; credits redeem membership days or can be gifted.
Do points expire? Purchased and check-in points do not expire.
What happens on refund? Points and capacity granted by the refunded order are clawed back from the remaining balance.
Do members get charged points? No. Members only build up usage stats while framing.
